  • How do I pay for my subscription?
    Payments are made through our secure recurring payment system powered by Stripe. You can choose between weekly or monthly payments.
  • What happens if I miss a payment?
    If you miss a payment, our team will contact you to resolve the issue. Late fees may apply in accordance with our terms and conditions.
  • Do you accept cash payments?
    No, we only accept payments via our online system to ensure security and convenience for all our customers.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription after the minimum contract length (3 months) after which the appliance will be collected free of charge. A £50 break clause may apply for early termination.
